To return a Zuvi online store purchase for a full refund, you need to make a return application within 30 days of receipt and return the product. Zuvi will pay for return shipping.
Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability will void the terms of your product’s warranty and the Zuvi Refund Policy.

1. How do I start a return?

To return products purchased from Zuvi online store, please complete the following steps:

  • Submit the form below. Our team will respond with return authorization information within 2 business days.
  • Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Zuvi packaging.

Please note:

  • You must complete the return form before shipping back a purchase. Unauthorized or billing-upon-receipt returns will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased directly from Zuvi and returned to Zuvi will receive a full refund if the conditions of our Return Policy are met.*
  • Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and processed. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.
  • Purchases of Zuvi products from another retailer should be returned to the retailer of purchase.

*Refund policy is not applicable to counterfeit, stolen or otherwise ineligible products.

2. Do I need to return the free gift or accessory that I received with my order if I return the qualifying purchased item?

All Zuvi gift or accessory with purchase items must also be returned if you are returning the original qualifying product. You will receive multiple shipping labels based on your order and original shipment once you have submitted a return request. A customer service agent can assist you through the process.

3. Does Zuvi cover return shipping?

Zuvi will pay for standard return shipping. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded. Zuvi provides a pre-paid printable label to make the return. Submit the return form below to receive the pre-paid label.
